Congratulations to our 2023 Grant Recipients

 

Fourteen area non-profit organizations will receive nearly $30,000 in grant funds from the Greater Menomonee Falls Foundation. With 2023 funds, the Greater Menomonee Falls Foundation has awarded $250,000 in grants in the last ten years

Grants Supporting Youth

​

Association for the Rights of Citizens with handicaps (ARCh): Add a changing table for participants in the outdoor recreation program at Menomonee Park for improved personal care

​

Children's Community Center: Invest in inclusive playground equipment to help children of all abilities build relationships.

​

Cream City Charity: Provide new athletic equipment for underprivileged youth

​

GPS Education Partners: Help students in the youth apprenticeship program at Bradley Corporation Education Center

​

Variety – The Children’s Charity of Wisconsin: Partners with Brent Emery of Emery’s Bicycles to build custom adaptive bicycles for children in the community.


Wisconsin Adaptive Sports Association: Increase access to adaptive sports and funding of adaptive sports wheelchair

Grants Supporting Families

​

Community League Civic Families Committee: Provide several local families in need with clothing, hygiene products, holiday gift baskets, blankets, and grocery store gift cards. 

​

The Women's Center: Assist with emergency shelter for survivors of domestic and sexual violence

HEAR Wisconsin: Host mobile audiology clinics for screenings of underserved populations


Falls Area Community Services Food Pantry: Safeguard refrigerated and frozen food from power outages with a backup generator 

​

Falls Patio Players: Use towards the purchase of a new scrim curtain for improved stage effects 

 

Raise and Relish: Implement the SNAP program at Menomonee Falls Village Market to increase access to healthy, local food 


Village Park Development: $10,000 as part of the 5-year donation of $50,000 for park renovations

 

Wildlife in Need: Support wildlife rehabilitation and education
